A landmark of Brazilian engineering at the time, the Rio-Niterói Bridge remains, to this day, a major challenge from a public safety perspective. With great honor, the Federal Highway Police has been contributing to this history for over 50 years, ensuring the safety of the users of this vital roadway that connects two of the most important cities in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
